On the 20th of July at 15:00 in the 32nd kilometer of the automobile road from Yuzhno-Sakhalink to Korsakov in the region of the village "Tretya Pad'," the driver of an "Isudzu" dump truck belonging to one of the companies involved in constructing the LNG plant in the village of Prigorodnoye started to maneuver to pass [another vehicle] with great speed in front of a pedestrian crossing. hit a woman that was crossing the road in the pedestrian crossing (her identity
